Garlic Fish Curry

1 lb. fish, cut into pieces
4 tablespoons garlic paste
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
Cilantro/coriander leaves
2 tablespoon oil


Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the garlic for a minute. Add fish, turmeric and chilli powders and salt together with a cup of lukewarm water and cook on medium low heat for half an hour.
The result will be a thick gravy covering the fish.
